Lion Walk – Full Day Safari Adventure

Your day begins with a scenic Land Rover ride to the Banjul–Barra ferry, where you’ll cross the River Gambia alongside locals and traders — a vibrant snapshot of daily life. Once on the northern shores, continue to Fathala Wildlife Reserve, home to majestic rhinoceros, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and ostriches roaming freely across the savannah.

The highlight of the day? The Lion Walk — a guided, once-in-a-lifetime encounter where you’ll walk beside trained lions under the supervision of experienced guides. After a short safety briefing, you’ll stroll alongside these magnificent creatures, observing their natural behavior up close — a breathtaking, humbling experience you’ll never forget.
